please dont not rent from these slum lords. They only want your money dont want to fix anything. They literally charged me for a repair on the home that was bound to happen. These people only care about themselves and the home owners they work for, not the tennant. Avoid them at all cost

To start off, little did I know that I was moving into a home OWNED by roaches, I also was moving into a home managed by the most careless, scamming and conniving property management team I've ever had to deal with. If I can offer one suggestion to a potential customer it would be, believe every 1 star rated review for this company. To the manager in the Columbia office, you need to be fired.

Thieves! My fiance is NEUROTICLY clean. We left the house we rented in PRISTINE condition. Frankly, better than we moved in! Even the maintenance man commented on how clean it was. Robin kept 70% of our deposit because the fridge wasn't wiped out perfectly and there was just in the track of the back door. TOTAL BS!! She also said there were some scuffs on the wall where the couch was so the had to repaint the whole wall. Got back about $200 of my $900 deposit. Charged me rediculous price to Change a lightbulb that was working fine! Yard was a postage stamp but she said they needed to pull weeds. AGAIN, OUTRAGEOUS price for a yard that barely grew grass let alone weeds! I do not recommend renting from such lowely people.
